    Approved returns must be in unopened, unused condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

  • Service bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
     
  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.

Return and Refund Policy

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR NVSKIN

At NVSKIN, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final except in the specific cases outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns if:

Items that are NOT eligible for return or refund include:

  • Products without original packaging and seals intact

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a replacement, a new order will be shipped once the defective item is returned and inspected.
